Weekend and holiday rotation required. Current sign-on incentive for part-time $3,000, full-time $5,000. CNA: We have part-time and full-time PM shift and Night Shift positions available. These positions include weekend and holiday rotation. Current sign-on incentive for PM shift is $2,000 and Night shift is $2,500.Childcare Assistant: Love kids? We are now seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee a dynam-ic department of approximately 15 employees. The preferred qualifications include: Certification as a Dietary Manager with previous supervisory experience. The candidate should be knowledgeable in aspects of man-agement, food preparation, food safety and sanitation, and di-etary needs. The desired candidate must also have the ability to plan work and possess strong management and leadership abilities. LHGS will pay for certification if not currently certified as a Dietary Manager.

MINUTES OF EDDY COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MEETING
EDDY COUNTY COURTHOUSEDECEMBER 19, 2017, 8:30 A.M.
The meeting was called to order by Glenda Collier, Chairperson. Also present were Com-missioner Neal Rud, Auditor Patty Williams, and Allison Lindgren, New Rockford Tran-script. Commissioner Jeff Pfau joined the meeting at 8:40 A.M. Neal Rud made a motion to approve the agenda. The motion was seconded by Glen-da Collier and the motion carried. Neal Rud made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 5, 2017 meeting. Glenda Collier seconded the motion and the motion carried. Jeff Pfau made a motion to approve the following bills and it was seconded by Neal Rud. Neal Rud made a motion to approve the Permit for Road Approach application re-ceived from Todd Koepplin with the stipula-tion that gravel be put on the approach in the spring. Glenda Collier seconded the motion and the motion carried. NEW BUSINESS: Neal Rud made a motion to approve the 2018 Beer and Liquor Licens-es for Hamar Bar. Glenda Collier seconded the motion and the motion carried. Neal Rud informed the Commissioners of the Tri-County Social Services meeting and that the guidelines for wages were approved. David Nelson attended the meeting to discuss the tower lease agreement with Er-ickson Implement. Neal Rud made a motion to approve the lease agreement for $800 per year for the next four years and it was sec-onded by Jeff Pfau. The motion carried. Jerry Valdivia, Veterans Services Officer, attended the meeting to give an update on his department. Discussion was held on moving his office to the County Agent’s building after the first of the year. Travis Peterson, States Attorney, attend-ed the meeting to discuss the creation of an Eddy County Park Board. Glenda Collier, Chairperson, adjourned the meeting at 10:50 A.M. The next regular meeting will be January 2, 2018 at 9:00 A.M.
