1.1. Introduction
Business Process Management, Analysis and Re-Design have become core skills in implementing and
achieving the strategic goals of organisations. Revenue streams have been re-configured around
organisations’ ability to institute transformation and meet customer demands. Sound process management
skills come on hand to aid in elevating performance across various industries, spanning from the public
sector, private sector, public & social services, construction & infrastructure development, information

ISB Consulting will tailor the course to include practical examples that relate to the specific project
environment within the organisation
2.1. Delivery
The course will be delivered as a detailed program run over 5 Consecutive Days. The actual dates will be
provided by the client in due course. Classroom based training and contact sessions with the learners led
by a facilitator will be used to present the course. The facilitators will make use of written text, oral
communication as well as visual aids (video clips and posters) to try and meet all learning styles to
accommodate all learners.
To achieve the Course Certificate, delegates will be required to complete and submit the course
assignment based on a case study. The assignment consists of analyzing a business process and
redesigning it using the techniques learnt.

Professional (PMP), Programme in Project Management, Cert (University of Stellenbosch),
Munyaradzi has presented multiple courses in the field of Business Process Management, Lean Six Sigma,
Business Analysis, Agile, Project Management, and other related programs with a career span of over 15
years.
Munyaradzi has also worked as a Senior Consultant with several blue chip companies in various
professional capacities, including Standard Bank, MTN, Macsteel, MultiChoice Africa, Eskom, Star
Africa Corporation, Pipeco International, among others where his ingenuity proved invaluable and pivotal.
His experience in a wide range of industries, coupled with his passion for exceptional performance and
continuous improvement have seen him develop exceptional capabilities at strategic, operational and
