Market

There were an estimated 138.3 million electric customers (residential and commercial) in the U.S. in 2005.

The total revenue for electric power providers was approximately $270 billion last year. While the demand for electricity and the actual output (generation) increased in 2005, prices also rose approximately 7% from 2004 to 2005.

The Company will target power companies in its home state of South Carolina and throughout the U.S.

Currently, there are a total of 13,684 power generators in the U.S. – 9,129 electric utilities generators, and 4,555 independent power producers.

Problem

Nearly half of the country’s electrical power is from coal, with nuclear plants and natural gas accounting for the next largest shares of electrical production.

Additionally, with demand for oil increasing worldwide, especially in the populous nations of China and India, supply dwindles while prices rise.

Given the environmental concerns that these power sources pose, however, the demand for cleaner, safer, renewable energy sources is increasing.

Problem, cont.

The U.S. desperately needs a power source that is:

Affordable

Plentiful

Environmentally safe Renewable

Compatible with current power grid systems

Our Solution

The Company will fulfill the need for affordable, reliable, and renewable power while enabling electricity providers to meet the increasing demands of their consumers.

The unique Air, Water, Gravity, Power Pump 2000 generates electrical power through water flow, produces no pollutants, and burns no fossil fuels, thereby significantly benefiting the environment and greatly reducing energy costs.

Technology Status

Blatchley Power will manufacture original equipment to generate electric power using air, water, and gravity. The device – invented in 2000 by the Company’s founder, Kraig D. Blatchley – is called the A.W.G.P.P. 2000, or the Air, Water, Gravity, Power Pump.

These pumps, which can stack vertically, will produce high-pressured air and create more power than other generators, including dams and nuclear power plants. The generator can be located near any sustainable water flow – such as in front of storm drains and dams – to create a charge.

Once a charge is created, very little water is needed to maintain it because the system reuses the water energy that each pump discharges. This revolutionary process will change electric power energy production worldwide.

Customers

The total number of U.S. electric customers was 138.3 million in 2005.1 By sector, there were a total of:

120.7 million residential customers 16.8 million commercial customers 733,862 industrial customers 518 transportation customers

Blatchley Power’s customers will be the power companies supplying these end customers.

Marketing Strategy

RATIONAL FOR MARKETING PROGRAM

LOCAL POWER COMPANIES

Introduce a new and highly desirable power production source to market needing stabile, renewable sources.

Pollutant-free electrical energy generated from renewable resources.

Produce pumps with minimal overhead; make pumps available online to a national market.

Manufactured near USC and mechanical engineering firm; pumps work anywhere.

Increase awareness of potential clients.

Trade shows, direct marketing, regional media ads where alternative energy sources are popular.

Set prices to convey value to clients.

Remain stabile while fuel prices continually rise.

Competition Overview

Blatchley Power will primarily compete with existing electric power sources; the key to success will be demonstrating the efficiency, cleanness, and affordability of this new technology to power companies.

There is nothing like the Company’s A.W.G.P.P. 2000 being used by power companies today.
