The business incurs a very nominalinvestment.Most of the ingredients are prepared at home.Mr. Luvkush purchases 8-10 kgs of wheatflour and approximately 2 kgs of potato andthe required spices depending on the regularsale.

Though Mr. Luvkush is not highly literate and notexposed to the management skills, he has

WASTE MANAGEMENTWastage happens only during rainy days and humidclimate.
When asked about the wastage management ,Mr. Luvkush informed that certain ingredientslike potato and spices which are perishablecant be stored . But golgappas made of wheat flour canbe easily stored for a number of days.
For other ingredients he covers the stall withan umbrella,and containers which againprotects the hyginiety.
