The Board of Trustees met for the regular session on Monday July 13,2020 at 6:00 PM, at the Nisland Town Hall with President Dwayne Heidrich calling the meeting to order. These members were present, Terry Williams, Joshua Whitacre and Bev Lewis. Also Attending were: Pau-la Heidrich, Finance Of-ficer, Bill Heidrich water operator and 11 members of the public.
Approval of Agenda:It was moved by Lewis
and seconded by Whitacre to accept the agenda as presented.
All were in favor. Mo-tion carried.

2. Scooters on StreetsThe board has decided
not to make any ordinanc-es and to adhere by State Laws.
3. Rubble Site BurningA motion was made
by Lewis & seconded by Whitacre to have the rub-ble site open the 1st and the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or by appoint-ment. All were in favor. Motion carried. Motion carried.
4. Board of Trustee Ap-plications
A motion was made by Lewis & seconded by Whitacre to have a Special Executive Meeting Weds. July 15,2020 at 5:00 PM. All were in favor. Motion carried.
