Every year PT Citra Abadi Sejati (CAS) celebrates Indonesia’s Independence Day on 17th August with all employees and their family members. This event is as an opportunity for all Indonesian, not only to pay our tribute for all the heroes but also for all employees and management to strengthen our bond as CAS family. A variety of entertainment programs are organized at the company’s facilities (i.e. Cileungsi, Bogor and Cikarang).

CTPAT Training
Once a month, PT Citra Abadi Sejati trains its security team. The head of security evaluates the work of each member for the previous month and gives feedback for improvements. Such trainings is important and useful in maintaining a safe and orderly working environment. Security plays an important role in protecting the company’s interests including safeguarding against acts of terrorism, sabotage and theft. The training prepares the team and the factory to adhere to CTPAT standard operating procedures without any deviation.
Blood Donation
Blood donation is a regular event at Citra. In August 2016, we organized our 18th blood donation camp. During the camp 44 of our employee’s donated their blood voluntarily.
Aerobic is Healthy & Fun!
Every Saturday, PT Citra Abadi Sejati starts the day with an Aerobic session. At our Bogor Unit, employees and members of management team gather around to participate in the Fun Aerobic session. This session has been a good way to strengthen our bond between employees and the management team through a fun and healthy session.
Trip to Pangandaran Beach
In July 2016, Cileungsi unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati organized a trip to Pangandaran Beach, West Java. Fifty employees along with their family members enjoyed the trip. The purpose of this trip was to rejuvenate employees and give them a short break in their daily life. This trip was part of the ‘Happy Monday’ activity that is regularly conducted at the factory before work hour. Fun games and activities were organized and enjoyed by the employees and families.
Evacuation Drill & First Aid Training
In September 2016, Cileungsi unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati conducted an evacuation and fire drill and first aid training to enhance employee’s awareness and readiness in the event of an emergency in the factory. First aid training was conducted by a medical doctor from a local hospital. The training was also conducted in compliance with the Indonesian laws and regulation.

Hypertension Seminar
In order to increase employee awareness about the effects of hypertension disease and the factors causing it, the management of PT Citra Abadi Sejati organized a health workshop in cooperation with PT Nutrifood. In the workshop, the employees were guided and encouraged to live a stress-free life and to be disciplined in their food selection and diet and maintain a healthy sleep. Employees was also motivated to have a regular exercise. In September 2016, 40 employees of Cileungsi unit attended the workshop at the Learning Centre, blood pressure was checked at the end of the workshop.
Eid Al-Adha Day
Eid Al-Adha is a great festival for Muslims when true worshippers donates their properties or belongings to others in need based on the faith that everything exists in the world belongs to God. Cileungsi and Cikarang units distributed Food packets to the employees as well as residents around the factories. A total of 840 food Packets were distributed in September 2016.

Energy & Environmental Initiatives Energy and Water Assessment
In Sept 2016, an energy audit was conducted by Reset Carbon at Cileungsi unit. The Audit was focused on energy and water usage through garment process, compressor operation, steam system, assessment on lighting, power distribution and metering system. Cileungsi plant was ranked third highest score for Higg index among Ann Taylors other vendors.
Local Community Care
One Person, One Tree
Continuing our green campaign on “One Person One Tree” Program, PT Citra Abadi Sejati step up the effort by making it to be “One Buyer One Tree”. In August 2016, one tree was planted by QA and Tech Director of J. Crew, Mr. Gordon Mc Ewan. He planted a mango tree sapling. In September 2016, our factory was also honored by J.Jill senior officer’s visit. The first tree sapling, Ms. Elaine Clarke, Vice President – Sourcing, and Mr. Dave Andrews, Shipping and Compliance Director planted tree sapling each Also in September 2016, the employees of Cikarang unit of PT Citra Abadi Sejati organized the ‘One Person One Tree’ program where 10 tree saplings of Mango, Star fruit and Fir were planted.
