The Bids and Awards Committee of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-National Headquarters (BJMP-NHQ BAC) issued this Bid Bulletin No. 2 to supplement Bid Bulletin No.1 issued on September 11, 2014.

The BJMP-NHQ BAC wishes to announce that the opening of bids for the project is

scheduled on September 22, 2014 at 1:00 PM following the Philippine Standard Time. The venue for the opening will be at BJMP Conference Room, 144 Mindanao Avenue, Project 8, Quezon City. Please be reminded further of the attached additional technical drawings and specifications in response to the queries of bidders forwarded to the BAC to arrive at the most reasonable bid.

The Bid Bulletin No. 1 together with this Bid Bulletin No. 2 must be submitted during the

opening of bids which shall be included in technical documents marked as annexes. Non submission of the copy of the issued bid bulletins will be a ground for outright disqualification.

This Bid Bulletin No. 2 is issued this 15th day of September 2014 at BJMP National
