SPRING 2019 Quarterly Newsletter Bulletin Board New Members Welcomed to Integra First Board THANK YOU MEMBERS!! The Board of Directors at Integra First recently welcomed two new members. Robert Villas, Menominee, Michigan, was elected by members at the 70th Annual Meeting held January 26 at the Island Resort & Casino. Villas replaced longtime Board member Brian Forgette, who retired from his position. Dave Mouford, Hermansville, Michigan, was elected by the Board after Mayme Srnka resigned her position on the Board in February. Both Villas and Mouford commented that they were excited about their new positions with the Credit Union Board of Directors and are looking forward to serving the members of Integra First Federal Credit Union. The Board of Directors and CEO Paul Martin expressed their thanks and gratitude to Brian Forgette and Mayme Srnka for their years of service devoted to the Credit Union and its members. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience during our recently completed core conversion project. As you know, we went live with our new core processor February 1st. This upgrade will provide new benefits, such as the ability to pay your INTEGRA FIRST REWARDS VISA CARD bill through our new My Integra home banking. You will also be able to stop payments on checks and add sub-accounts online. In addition, should you misplace your debit card, you will have the ability to disable it on our new My Integra mobile app. We have invested a lot of hard work and effort into this project with the aim of providing you with more efficient and improved financial services. We hope you have succeeded in re-enrolling with our home banking, mobile banking and iPay bill payment system. If you still haven’t been able to acquire your new log-in in- formation, stop in, call us or go to integrafirstfcu.com for more information. New Members Welcomed to Integra First Board

The Board of Directors at Integra First recently welcomed two new members.
