Upon approval of the listed documents, the applicants have to:1/ pay a fee in the amount of 150 lv. into the Bank Account of TU-Varna for the recognition of Higher Education Diploma from Foreign Higher Education Institutions and to complete an Application for starting the procedure;Bank account: TU-VarnaБанка ОББ АДIBAN: BG 33 UBBS 8002 3116 0003 10BIC: UBBSBGSF

All applicants who do not have knowledge of the language in which the course will be performed have to complete a Preparatory course. Persons who successfully have completed the preparatory course are issued a Certificate for Language and Specialized Training, which shall allow them to continue their studies at Master’s Degree.
In case the applicant is fluent in the language in which the training will be performed, he/she may take examinations without passing the training.

The applicants must obtain Grade Point Average from the Higher Education Diploma (an Overall Average Mark from the Curriculum subjects and from the State Examinations / Diploma Thesis) not less than the Grade “Good”.

1. Application form;
2. Secondary School Diploma and DiplomaSupplement – notary certified copy;*In case there is no grading scale attached to thediploma, candidates have to present an official document with the grading system description.
3. An official document issued by an accreditedbody, certifying the applicant’s right to continue their studies at Higher Education Institutions in the country where secondary education was obtained;
4. Higher Education Diploma (Bachelor’s orMaster’s Degree) and Diploma Supplement – notary certified copy;*In case that the Diploma was issued from ForeignHigher Education Institution the applicants must present a Certificate for recognition of Higher Educational Degree, issued from TU-Varna.
5. Medical Reference;*The document should be issued no earlier thanone month prior to submitting the application documents to TU-Varna.
