provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at 9, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Connaught Place,
New Delhi -110001 is in the process of developing Commercial built-up Booth(s) in the complex bearing nomenclature
of “ARCADE” in TDI City, Sector 117-118-119, Mohali, Punjab.
After being satisfied with the statutory permissions/sanctions/plan and title of the parcel of the land, over which the said
booth(s) are proposed to be constructed, I/We request that I/we may be registered for the provisional allotment of
Commercial Booth(s) No ________________ measuring ______________ Sq. ft. (Approx. Super area)
