Step 2 - Measure 535 markwith pencil for internal depth of robe
Step 1- Measure and mark withpencil the internal dimension (overall width - 20mm)

Step 5 - Drill 6mm hole into gyprockusing wall channels as template.Push grey plugs through holes inwall channels and into the wallThen fastened wall channels with 25mm screws (include washer wherefixings are visible)
Note: If you strike a wall studwhen drilling into wall; greywall plug is not required. Fastendirectly into the wall stud.

Step 6 - Fasten gable throughwall channel with 13mm screw (2 off)
Step 7 - Ensure return jamb is plumbthen fasten to gable with13mm screw (3 off)Include washers wherefixings are visible

Step 8 - Fasten endangle brackets with13mm screw (4 off)
Step 10 - EnsureGable is plumb
Step 9 - Drill 6mmhole through anglebracket & ceiling;push greywall plugs throughangle bracket holesinto ceiling and thenfasten with25mm screws
WARNING:IF FIXING THROUGH CARPET ALWAYSPUNCH OR CUT A HOLE THROUGH THECARPET SO THAT THE DRILL WILL NOT SNAG THE CARPET PILE.

Step 11 - If using a floor jamb, cut to correct size;then fasten to floor with 45mm csk screws.If the floor is concrete, drill 6mm holes x 35mm deep(using the floor jamb as template) with 6mm masonry drill.Then push grey plugs into these holes and floor jamb with45mm csk screws.

Step 13 - Fasten return jamb with 13mmscrews into bottom track to lock gablein place
Cap all visible screws with screw caps
