General Description/Observations: 1.1 Exterior Brickwork • Extensive cracking throughout. (Pic 2-5) • Severe cracking around scoop wheel, vegetation growing in cracks. (Pic 6, 7) • Some surface spalling though large areas in good condition due to tarring (Pic 2-3, 5, 7) 1.2 Roof Structure • Roof timber removed or rotted away exposing structural timbers and old mechanism. (Pic 1-5,

13) 1.3 Windows / doors • Openings for two doors and two windows, all timber removed or rotted away including substantial

old timber lintels above doors. (Pic 3-5) 1.4 Interior Timbers • Generally in good condition though signs of woodworm. (Pic 10-12) 1.5 Verticality • Slight lean towards river. 1.7 Other • Steel ties in place and well attached to internal timbers (Pic 10-11)
