may determine' !rom time to time. andlord reserves t#e rig#t to inspet all !reig#t to be

reuested by any tenant or oupant to per!orm any $or0 outside o! t#eir regular duties'

(25) Canvassing' soliiting and peddling in t#e Proet are pro#ibited and ea# tenant

and oupant s#all ooperate in see0ing t#eir prevention.

(45) Ea# tenant and all o! tenantJs employees and invitees s#all observe and omply

$it# t#e driving and par0ing signs and mar0ers at t#e Proet' and andlord s#all not be

responsible !or any damage to any ve#ile to$ed beause o! nonompliane $it# par0ing

regulations.

antenna' loudspea0er' musi system or ot#er devie on t#e roo! or e&terior $alls o! t#eBuilding or on ommon $alls $it# adaent tenants.

(44) Ea# tenant s#all store all tras# and garbage $it#in its premises or in su# ot#erareas spei!ially designated by andlord. ?o materials s#all be plaed in t#e tras# bo&es

or reeptales in t#e Building unless su# materials may be disposed o! in t#e ordinary

and ustomary manner o! removing and disposing o! tras# and garbage and $ill not result

in a violation o! any la$ or ordinane governing su# disposal. All garbage and re!use

building entranes' restrooms' stair$ells and ommon areas in and around t#e Building. ?o tenant s#all permit any o! its employees' agents' servants' liensees' ontrators or
