and it approves the conformity of the stipulated product characteristics at the extent of the protocol on certification specified

in CSN EN 12 878 and it documents that the producer ensures Jhe proper operation of the production controll system at theplace of production. The stipulated characteristics of the certified products a~e specified in the annex to the certificate.

~ ~The certificate has been issued on'the b.fsis of the protocol on certification NO:,-P-3013V-1 0-0059 of 26.2.2010 whichspecifies the description of the product at the extent essential to his "identification, the test results, theassessment of the production"contion'~ystem, -the approval of the sample Pfo-duct characteristics conformitywith the technical specification, 'additioríaL flndings of the certification bodyand the conditions of the validity ofthe certificate. ~

This certificate is a document of the products sClitability for constructions in terms of § 134, paragraph 2, Act No. 183/2006of the Coll., on the landscape planning ancHhe ,.building regutations~(tlie Building Act) and it confirms that the certifiedproduct can be drafted and applied in the construciiOns at the extent of the intended use by the producer in terms of § 156of the Ac! NO.183/2006 of the ColI.

Certification Body supervises the proper operation of the production controll system and checks the products characteristicskeeping at the extent specified at the protocol on certification. The validity of the certificate is submilted to the positiveresults of the periodical surveillances on the proper operation of the production controll system and the conformity approvalof the checked characteristics with the producer's technical specification, with the frequency once in 24 months.
