The Global Operations Leadership Development

(GOLD) program is an intensive, two-year leadership

development opportunity designed for university

graduates who have a strong desire to accelerate their

career growth in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced

corporate environment. The Catalent culture fosters

innovative thinking and challenges leaders to achieve

their highest potential. Our program prepares you for

a multi-faceted career at Catalent.

Gaining Real-World, Hands-On Experience

GOLD Program participants obtain critical hands-on

experience and high levels of accountability in

Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, and

Commercial Operations within a global environment.

To accelerate your professional development and

quick immersion into Catalent’s operations, you will

rotate through a series of diverse job assignments

across different technologies and geographies.

Building Excellence in Leadership

GOLD Program participants will participate in a

Leadership Development Program that includes

formal classroom training, experiential learning,

mentoring, Green Belt training and coaching. The

program is designed to build skills in leading,

managing and inspiring others. GOLD participants will

also gain knowledge of important business and

financial concepts as part of our commitment to

developing your business acumen.

Program Requirements

Candidates for Catalent’s GOLD Program must meet the

following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree • Excellent Academic Record • Strong commitment to career development • Proven leadership ability and learning agility • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Fluency in English; other language skills desirable • Willingness to relocate • Flexible work hours

Upon successful completion of the program, participants

will be offered a full-time position at one of Catalent’s

locations. Placement will be based on professional

interests, performance in rotations, and organizational

resource needs.

The GOLD program is a great way to start a career. Through the

different rotations, training sessions and projects that GOLD

associates take part in, we are able to gain a good understanding of

how the company functions from the global level down to site

operations. Through my rotations I gained hands on experience in global project

management, supplier quality management, and raw material quality control. Through

different experience, GOLD associates learn about front line leadership, strategic and

tactical execution, setting group priorities, supplier and customer relationships, and

many other invaluable lessons. I feel well equipped to take on any challenge in my

career because of what I have gained through my experience in the GOLD program.
