    BUILDING COMMITTEE REPORT

    INTRODUCTION

    But the Lord said to Samuel, Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I

    have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at

    the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart

    The Chairperson, Rev. Minister(s), Catechist(s), Presbyters, Delegates, Invited

    guests, Observers. I am most grateful to the Lord Almighty for His grace and

    tender mercies all year round upon our lives. As stewards in the Lords vineyard

    herein gathered to take stock of our collective responsibilities, I am privileged to

    present to the 12th Annual Congregational Session, activities undertaken by the

    building committee for the period under review.

    ACTIVITIES

    Under the review period, the committee executed the under listed activities aspart of its scheme of work in phases. These activities prior to their execution were

    duly presented to the local session for all necessary assessment and subsequent

    approval.

    NB: Detailed references with regards to the under stated activities in terms of

    fiscal value shall be found as part of the Congregations annual financial report to

    conference.

    i. Rendering of external walls

    ii. Window Arc glazing

    iii. Glass block glazing

    iv. Fixing of upper floor windows

    v. Painting of the Interior walls

    PROJECTION(S)

    The committee looks forward to carrying out all outstanding works as and when

    funds are readily available for the early and timely completion of the building

    project.

    SUGGESTION(S)

    The committee would also like to remind all and sundry to endeavour to put to

    efficient use all facilities provided within the church environment. This we believe

    if done will consciously contribute to a healthy maintenance culture.

    CONCLUSION

    The Chairperson, Rev. Minister(s), Catechist(s), Presbyters, Delegates, Invited

    guests, Observers. On the committees behalf, I would like to profoundly

    appreciate members of the church for their invaluable contribution in one way orthe other. I also salute distinguished congregants for their instrumental role in

    every phase of the building project. May the Lord Almighty strengthen and sustain

    us all in His righteousness.
