Eddie Boswell (Boswell Construction) is married to Gail Boswell (Carpenter’s Daughter Construction). They have enjoyed building homes in Alamance County since 1989.
Eddie is a member of the Home Builders Association, a licensed real estate broker, and is currently serving as chairman of the Alamance Co. Board of Commissioners. They attend Lakeview Community Church where Gail is Music Director and Eddie sings in the choir. They have 10 grandchildren.
We (Eddie & Gail) are excited about this Parade of Homes house because it our personal home. It is on the farm where Eddie grew up & where I said I would never move to. God had a different plan so this is the 1st building of Sugarberry Farm Venue.

A Night Full of Stars
The North Carolina Home Builders Association recently presented their 2016 Stars Awards in Charlotte, NC. Among those individuals receiving awards was Ralph Doggett a long time member of the Alamance Caswell Builders Association. Ralph has been a pillar of this Association since 1991. He served as treasurer for 8 years on the Association’s Board of Directors, State Director and Build Pac Trustee for over 15 years. Being a strong advocate for affordable housing, local and state housing is-sues, and politics he has been the perfect choice serving as Build Pac Trustee.
Not only has he been active in Alamance County but also on the State and National Levels, serving as Region IV VP for the last 12 years. He continues to attend meetings throughout the State and Nation. Serving as National Director for our Association since 1995.
Along with many years of outstanding volunteerism come many accolades. Ralph was bestowed with our Builder of the Year Award in 1995 and 1999. He has also received our most prestigious award the Ray Whitesell Lifetime Achievement Award in 2002.
He is a loving husband to Anna Doggett of 60 years, father, member of Baptist Temple and a highly re-spected member of our community.
