Functional Responsibilities
Client contact for creative. Guides creative direction, team ideation and concept creation based on client briefing and pre-design information gathering. Creates the design perspective for each project. Collaborates with design team to develop and finalize concepts. Presents work to client. Oversees entire design process for each project.
Minimum Experience 10 years of graphic design
Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree, Graphic or Interactive Design Major
Applicable Training Client or customer-side experience such as CPG and five-year co-op degree
Graphic Designer
Functional Responsibilities
Concept creation and development, design development and optimization of aesthetics for a broad range of marketing vehicles, visual styles and assignments. Ideation and problem-solving.
Minimum Experience 2 years of graphic design
Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree, Graphic or Interactive Design Major

Functional Responsibilities
Creates the photo set, site or environment including styling, lighting, prop selection, set design, and technical details such as a camera angle and exposure based on client objectives and the shoot plan. Provides post-production direction on color and image adjustments.

Photo Director/Supervisor
Functional Responsibilities
Primary interface between client and photography team managing the shoot plan, propping and intended effect details. Directs or provides styling. On-site shoot direction. Secures client approvals of the targets, plan and final images. Provides post-production direction on color and image adjustments.

Service Contract Labor StandardsThe Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) applies to this contract as it applies to all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories. If and/or when the contractor adds SCLS labor categories/employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
