Advisory Board The Advisory Board provides general oversight 3-6 people

Executive Committee The Executive Committee of the Board serves as the

operating arm of the Chapter 5-10 people

ADVISORY BOARD

Provide a chapter with leadership, credibility, guidance, and contacts.

Recruit and train Chapter leadershipPromote events in community and attend

events when availableSecure resources, such as speakers and

The core leadership of a Management Society chapter consists of a president, a president-elect, a past president, and an executive committee.

This structure provides continuity—a link to past activities and a way to fill vacancies that may occur in the future.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Attend monthly Executive Committee meetings

Take functional responsibility for an area of work to accomplish the purposes of the Chapter

Attend an annual dinner with the Dean of the Marriott School
