Structure varies by Club – but key is to have your team in place now – don’t wait until July 1st.

WHO – Which person or committee has responsibility?

WHAT/HOW – What is expected to be accomplished? Be specific.

WHEN – When does it need to be completed to support the club or other planned actions?

Check Your Calendar

Check with your AG or District Secretary for dates of District Events.

Work with the District so club events are not planned over key district events – Allow your members the opportunity to go to both.

Build Training into your Plans

Plan now to send members to training and other events thru the year: Membership / Vocational Seminars Foundation Celebration and Training 2007 PETS / SETS 2007 Club Leadership Training 2007 District Conference

Get commitments from your team on dates early in the year.
