Energy Efficiency:Composite doors are designed to provide high levels of thermal and energy efficiency. Polyurethane foam, the core material of the com-posite door, offers outstanding levels of heat insulation.

All composites are fitted to a high performance sustainable Inliten door frame. Multi-chambers within the frame further enhances the overall energy performance of the door by acting as a barrier against heat loss from within the home.

This also has a positive effect on the environment as waste energy emissions are significantly reduced.

Security & Durability:Constructed from high-density polyurethane foam, layers of timber and glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) outer skins, composite doors offer exceptional levels of strength and durability; making the door virtually impact-resistant.

Multi-point locking systems and high performance components arefitted as standard to all doors, ensuring the mechanical performance and longevity of your door.

Composite door slabs are fitted to our secure and durable Inliten 70mm door frames. A range of door threshold options are available, including low/flush thresholds for unrestricted access, and high performance aluminium thresholds for enhanced weather-resistance.

Additional StylesStable DoorsDesigned for convenience, versatility and aesthetic appeal, the composite stable door features dual opening facilities with an Oxford diamond-shaped glass pane.

With a glazed top opening and solid bottom opening, the two sections can be opened as separate facilities or as a complete unit.

Stable doors are ideally suited for both front and back door applications.

French DoorsDesigned for high visual appeal, composite French doors offer a stylish and elegant entrance to your home.

With a double-opening facility, French doors offer versatility, convenience and unrestricted access to/from the outdoor space.

Featuring two 70mm cottage-style door slab, the composite French door will add value and character to all house types.

French doors are also ideally suited for back door applications, extensions and sunrooms. Available with a range of colour and glazing finishes.

Sidelights are a stylish and practical addition to your door choice and are available to match many of the decorative designs featured in this brochure.

Sidelights will be designed to complement your chosen door glass design, to order place ‘SD’ in front of your chosen door/glass code. Alternatively select a textured/obscure glass option for enhanced privacy, see page 5 for options.

Technical InformationDoor Slab CFC-free Polyurethane Foam, layers of timber with impact-resistant Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) external and internal skins. Single and double rebated

door slabs are available. Single rebated doors = 44mm thickness. Double rebated doors = 70mm thickness.

Door Slab Colours

Please select inside and outside colours for the door slab, standard will be white inside and coloured outside unless stated. Standard colours: White, Black, Cream, Red, Blue, Green, Oak & Rosewood. Spray-painted RAL colours also available, examples shown in brochure: Charcoal Grey (7016), Silver Grey (7001), Chartwell Green (Renolit 49246-101100), Traffic Yellow (1023), Light Blue (5012). Contact us for full range of RAL colour options.

PVCu Frame Inliten 70mm system with steel reinforcement. Doors will be mounted on a white frame unless stated. Door frames are available to match door colour range: Oak, Rosewood, Black, Cream, Red, Blue, Green or another RAL colour of your choosing. NB: frame colours may not be exact match to door slab.

Locking Cylinder locking system fitted as standard. High-security locking options also available at an extra charge. Locking systems designed to meet the requirements of PAS 23/24 and Secured by Design (laminate glass must also be selected to achieve this).

Handles Lever/lever handles fitted as standard. Lever/pad and thumb-turn options also available. White handles fitted on white doors as standard. Specify handle colour on coloured doors. Available in white, black, gold or silver.

Hinges Butt hinges on single rebated doors and flag hinges on double rebated doors. White hinges as standard on white frames. For coloured frames, please choose hinge colour: white, silver or gold. Black hinge option only available with double rebated doors.

Door Furniture

Letterboxes available in white, black, silver and gold. Urn knockers (with/without peephole) are available in black, silver or gold. Scroll and Lion knockers available in black or gold only. Numerals and chains may also be supplied as a non-fitted accessory.

Glazing Glazing unit is 24mm on single rebated doors and 50mm on double rebated doors. Double and triple glazing options available. Georgian Bar available in white, cream, oak, black and rosewood. Backing glass for glazing units are available on all glass styles.

Threshold 76mm PVC threshold as standard, 50mm & 60mm also available. Stormguard thresholds available as optional extra (silver & gold colour options)

Guarantee 10 year guarantee on door slabs, 15 years on PVCu frames and 1 year on ironmongery. Composite doors meet all the stringent British Standard tests compliant with Parts L and M of Building Regulations.
