ASWP is working with local residents and partners to conduct a 10-year update to the watershed conservation plan. The plan will be used to help prioritize investments and obtain additional funds for projects. Located in Armstrong and Butler Counties, the Buffalo Creek Watershed is an area of great beauty with important recreational, ecological, and cultural resources. From providing clean water to drink and recreate in—to providing habitat for fish and birds, the health of the watershed is important for both people and animals.
