Eligible Customers•U.S. Prevost operators •Existing loan or lease Volvo Financial Services (VFS) customers and new customer prospects

•All credit quality customers are eligible

Eligible Equipment•All Prevost equipment with standard guidelines

Program Details•Standard credit policies and procedures apply•Amounts are secured on the unit being repairedVFS must have or obtain a first priority lien interest in the collateral

•VFS customers must be current on their existing contract for eligibility

•VFS customer will have amounts financed over the remaining term of their loan or lease

•Customers must have a minimum of six (6) months remaining on their existing contract for consideration

•New customers will be considered for financing on terms up to 36 months based on customer and collateral evaluation

• A minimum repair amount of $10,000 is required for financing

• A documentation fee of $495 applies for VFS customers. The documentation fee is $745 for non-VFS (new) customers

• Standard insurance coverages on the loan collateralwill be required with a maximum physical damage deductible of $5,000

• Repair contracts with existing VFS customers will receive blended rates between their existing contractrate and the repair contract rate at time of funding. New customer repair contracts will be subject to VFS standard used coach rates

Conditions• VFS reserves the right to amend or cancel the program at any time without notice

• Customer eligibility subject to review and approval by VFS

• Approvals will state the program terms and any other conditions deemed appropriate by VFS

• This offer is available to U.S. residents only and on qualifying units financed through VFS
