The customer must provide:• technical data sheet of the requested product;• quantity of product requested;• location and delivery methods (CIF / FOB Incoterms 2010);• delivery time.

BTS GROUP provide:• Confirmation technical data sheet;• Quantity and product at disposition;• Price at location and delivery methods request;• Delivery time;

P.S. before the contract is defined. the letter of intent and the bank confirmation letter will be requested from the client.
