Recorded ECG strips are automatically saved in selected patient cards for further processing, comparison and printing. The software BTL-08 Win records and stores an unlimited number of 10-second strips during monitoring.

Cost-effective A4 printingThe BTL-08 Win software enables you to fully use the Windows environment as well as Windows based printers.

Information systemsThe BTL-08 Win software can be integrated into hospital information systems. All data can be processed through a computer network.

Comparison of ECG curvesThe BTL-08 Win software further enables you to compare two ECG records of the same patient and analyse and measure selected QRS complexes. The averaging of ECG curves is another advantage of the BTL-08 Win.

Long ECG recordingAnother feature of the BTL-08 Win software is the Long ECG recording mode for recording, storing and processing of a continuous strip of up to 9-minute length from 1 or 2 selected leads. The physician can record the whole pathological process, its start and changes within a selected interval (1.5, 3 and 9 minutes). The function is particularly suitable to monitor heart arrhythmia.

Stress curveThe program enables to pre-define the user’s own stress programme (including recovery stage) at regular intervals for saving 10-second long ECG strips and for measuring blood pressure; the interval can be defined either graphically or numerically. The total stress test load is automatically calculated from the graph. According to the patient’s condition, it is possible to set the threshold value of the pulse rate functioning as an alarm.

ExaminationThe examination is automatically controlled according to the specified protocol, with the possibility of modifications. The signal monitoring runs in twelve channels simultaneously and the measured values can be viewed in various formats.At any moment you can save manually a signal sample, start measuring blood pressure, change the stress on the ergometer, or move to the recovery (post-stress) stage of the examination. The final graph reflects performed changes. Distinctive features include online averaging of ECG action from a selected channel and continuous monitoring of the course of pulse rate and ST segment.

EvaluationThe user can view measured strips in various formats, measure intervals, compare strips, and modify automatically measured parameters. Zooming of a selected action enables precise measuring.

PrintThe final report includes the graph of stress and the course of pulse rate, ST segment and blood pressure. Selected ECG strips can be added into the report. For printing, choose comparison of real and averaged actions before stress, at the peak level of stress, after stress, or the whole stress test protocol. The report provides enough space for the physician’s findings.

BTL-08 ECG HOLTER

The BTL-08 ECG Holter is designed and manufactured using advanced technology which provides precise and trouble-free operation even in the most difficult operating conditions. The communication between the module and a PC is wireless for an easy and fast operation. The patient’s comfort is ensured by the minimum dimensions and low weight of the unit.

The equipment stores continuous 24-hour ECG record from 2 or 3 leads into the internal flash memory. It records pulse rate values and ST-segment course and evaluates variability of the R–R interval. The system identifies eleven basic types of arrhythmia. The patient button is well accessible. The unit keeps the record in the memory even if the power supply is disconnected and enables multiple reading; thus any possibility of losing an examination is eliminated. The 3-channel unit also features pacemarker detection and QT analysis.

EvaluationAfter transferring the examination from the module, the system performs an analysis which very precisely and lucidly interprets events that occurred during the examination. The evaluation can be done either from selected, sensitively distinguished and marked rhythm failures, or by replaying the entire strip as it was recorded in real time. In both cases it is possible to increase measure and average any segment of the signal and use other functions. The software enables data processing both on a local PC and in a computer network.

ExaminationThe system monitors blood pressure and pulse rate for 24, 36 or 48 hours, at regular intervals set by the physician. The intervals can be set within three zones – day, night and special. The internal memory of the module can contain up to 600 measurements. The device is equipped with a large LCD display which shows currently measured blood pressure, heart rate, real time and status of the unit. The patient button is easily accessible and enables the patient to influence effectively the examination process.
