To subscribe for access, select Escalation in the Orders and Faults section of the Applications drop down.
From the Escalations homepage click ‘subscribe now’ from the right hand menu.
You will be required to log in before applying for access.
Scroll down to find the application in the list of enhanced services.
Tick to request this resource.
Click Ready.
Confirmation that your request has been submitted. Lead time for requests to be processed is 24 hours.
Once approved, to access the application select My Applications in the Applications drop down.
Click the ‘Escalations’ link.
You will be directed to the Escalations landing page.
