We opened our first Asia Pacific Security Operations customers with offices in New Delhi (our headquarters), BT has been in India Since 1987 and set up its first customer relationship management office in New Delhi in BT in India Who we are 1995. Since then we have been taking big steps to grow our business. Today we are stronger than ever before. We have a strong in-country team dedicated to helping large Indian and global multinational organizations to expand globally and within India. We understand the importance of being close to our Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon and Chennai. We have multiple resilient International MPLS nodes at all major metros - Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Pune. We also have an extensive in-country coverage across 120 Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities through NNI PoPs. BT India has strong partnerships with local providers such as Airtel, Tata Com, TTSL, Reliance, BSNL, etc. We hold a 74 per cent interest in BT Telecom, which is a joint venture company with Jubilant Stock Holding Private Limited. In 2007, BT Telecom India completed the acquisition of i2i Enterprise, a Mumbai-based enterprise services company specialising in IP communications services. We have some key accreditations in the industry – including Cisco Gold partnership, Riverbed Preferred Managed Service Provider and Avaya Platinum status. We support various community projects including Kites – an initiative of BT with Katha in New Delhi and Hope Foundation in Bangalore. Through these programs, we are helping transform communities through education, skills development, health and job-creation initiatives. We have been recognised by Gartner as a leader in the Global Network Service Providers Magic Quadrant (March 2013) for the ninth time and acknowledgement from IDC as the ’leader’ in the IDC MarketScape: Asia Pacific Next Generation Telecom Services 2012/13. We have also won Best Managed Services provider at the Telecom Asia Awards for the 3rd year running. What resources do we have?
