BT Cloud Voice Company contacts
What is it? Administrators can create custom company contact directories that include up to 1000 users and virtual users (Hunt Groups, Call Centers and so on) .
How do I set it up?
1. Login to the BT Cloud Voice portal
2. Select the ‘Sites’ menu then ‘Site’
3. Select ’Features’
4. Select ‘Contacts’ then ‘Company Contacts’

5. Click the ‘+Add’ button
You can search on this page: just type in what you’re after in the ‘Filter’ box at the top of the page.
6. Specify a custom contact directory name
In the ‘Directory Name’ text box, type the name of the directory
7. To add users
To select users to add to the directory, move users from the ‘Available Users’ box to the ‘Assigned
Users’ box
In the ‘Available Users’ box, select the users, either individually or all by checking the tick box in the
header bar
To add the selected users, click ‘Add’
8. To remove users
Select the users you want to remove in the ‘Assigned Users’ box, either individually or all by
checking the tick box in the header bar
To remove the selected users, click ‘Remove’
9. Click ‘Save’
10. That’s it: you’ve now got a contact directory, which you can integrate with any devices using the Phone Services feature
