IN THE PERIOD 1.I-28.II 2015

În perioada 1.I-28.II 2015 exporturile FOB au

însumat 8579,2 milioane euro şi au crescut cu 3,7%

comparativ cu perioada 1.I-28.II 2014.

În structura exporturilor , şase secţiuni ale

Nomenclatorului Combinat deţin 71,6% din totalul

exporturilor, după cum urmează:

amounted to 8579.2 million euro and increased with

3.7% as against the period 1.I-28.II 2014.

In the structure of exports, six sections of the

Combined Nomenclature hold 71.6% of total exports,

as follows:

Principalele modificări structurale survenite în

evoluţia pe secţiuni NC a exporturilor din perioada

1.I-28.II 2015 faţă de perioada 1.I-28.II 2014

constau în:

majorarea ponderii la secţiunile: “Maşini şi

aparate, echipamente electrice; aparate de

înregistrat sau de reprodus sunetul şi imaginile ” –

cu 1,7 puncte procentuale, “Mijloace şi materiale

de transport” – cu 0,9 puncte procentuale; diminuarea ponderii la secţiunea: “Produse

minerale” – cu 2,1 puncte procentuale.

The main structural modifications occured in the

evolution of exports by CN sections, in the period

1.I-28.II 2015 as against the period 1.I-28.II 2014,

consist of:

increased weight for sections: ”Machinery and

mechanical appliances; electrical equipment;

sound and image recorders and reproducers” - by

1.7 percentage points, “Vehicles and associated

transport equipment” - by 0.9 percentage points; decreased weight for section: ”Mineral products”-

by 2.1 percentage points.

Exporturile de maşini şi aparate, echipamente

electrice, aparate de înregistrat sau de reprodus

sunetul şi imaginile, reprezentând 27,3% din totalul

exporturilor perioadei 1.I-28.II 2015 s-au situat pe

primul loc înregistrând o creştere cu 10,7% comparativ

cu perioada 1.I-28.II 2014.

În această secţiune, capitolul „Maşini, aparate şi

echipamente electrice şi păr ţi ale acestora” deţine

ponderea principală (60,5% în total secţiune şi 16,5%

în total exporturi).

Exports of machinery and mechanical

appliances; electrical equipment; sound and

image recorders and reproducers, representing

27.3% of total exports in the period 1.I-28.II 2015,

held the first place and registered an increase of

10.7% compared to the period 1.I-28.II 2014.

In this section, the chapter "Electric machinery,

appliances and equipment and parts thereof” holds

the main weight (60.5% in total section and 16.5% in

total exports).

Pe locul doi s-a clasat secţiunea „Mijloace şi

materiale de transport” cu 16,8% în total exporturi, în

cadrul căreia exporturile de “Automobile, tractoare şialte vehicule terestre” reprezintă 90,5% din total

secţiune şi 15,2% din total exporturi.

The section ”Vehicles and associated transport

equipment” held the second place, with 16.8% in

total exports, where exports of “Vehicles, tractors andother ground vehicles” represent 90.5% of total

section and 15.2% of total exports.

Exporturile de metale comune şi articole din

acestea au situat această secţiune pe locul trei ca

pondere în total exporturi, înregistrând o creştere cu

9,5% comparativ cu perioada 1.I-28.II 2014.

În cadrul acestei secţiuni, o pondere importantă au

avut-o capitolele „Fontă, fier şi oţel”, reprezentând32,4% din total secţiune şi 3,0% din total exporturi şi

„Produse din fontă, fier sau oţel ”, reprezentând 33,5%

din total secţiune şi 3,1% din total exporturi.

Exports of base metals and articles of base

metals held the third place as weight in total

exports, registering an increase of 9.5% as against

the period 1.I-28.II 2014.

Within this section, an important weight was held by

the chapter “Pig-iron, iron and steel”, representing

32.4% of total section and 3.0% of total exports and

“Pig-iron, iron and steel products”, representing 33.5%

of total section and 3.1% of total exports.

Exporturile de materiale textile şi articole din acestea,

situate pe locul patru, au înregistrat o scădere cu 1,3%


În cadrul acestei secţiuni, exporturile de articole de

îmbr ăcăminte şi accesorii, altele decât tricotate sau croşetate,

au reprezentat 53,4% din total secţiune şi 3,9% din totalexporturi.

De asemenea, exporturile de îmbr ăcăminte şi accesorii

de îmbr ăcăminte tricotate sau croşetate au avut o

pondere de 17,0% în total secţiune şi de 1,2% în total

exporturi.

Exports of textiles and textiles articles held the

fourth place and registered a decrease of 1.3% as

against the period 1.I-28.II 2014.

Within this section, exports of clothing articles and

accessories, other than knitted or crocheted

represented 53.4% of total section and 3.9% of total

exports.

At the same time, exports of clothing and accessories

knitted or crocheted had a weight of 17.0% in total

section and 1.2% in total exports.

Poziţiile următoare în top sunt deţinute de

secţiunile:

- „Materiale plastice, cauciuc şi articole din

acestea” cu 5,8% din total exporturi;- „Produse vegetale” cu o pondere de 5,2% din total

exporturi.

The next positions in the top are held by the following

sections:

- ”Plastics, rubber and articles thereof” with 5.8%

of total exports;- ”Vegetable products” with a weight of 5.2% of

total exports.

Valoarea exporturilor către cele 27 de ţări ale

Uniunii Europene (UE28) a crescut în perioada

1.I-28.II 2015 cu 7,4% comparativ cu perioada

1.I-28.II 2014, având o pondere de 74,0% în

total exporturi.

In the period 1.I-28.II 2015, compared to the period

1.I-28.II 2014, exports to the other 27 European

Union (EU28) countries increased by 7.4%,

registering a weight of 74.0% in total exports.

Ţările partenere situate pe primele 10 locuri înderularea exporturilor din perioada 1.I-28.II 2015

(reprezentând 65,5% din total exporturi) au fost:

Germania (20,5% din total exporturi), Italia (12,9%),

Franţa (7,2%), Ungaria (4,9%), Turcia (4,7%), Regatul

Unit (4,1%), Bulgaria (3,2%), Spania (2,9%), Polonia

(2,6%) şi Republica Cehă (2,5%).

The following were the partner countries holding thefirst 10 places in the total amount of exports in the

period 1.I-28.II 2015 (representing 65.5% of total

exports): Germany (20.5% of total exports), Italy

(12.9%), France (7.2%), Hungary (4.9%), Turkey

(4.7%), United Kingdom (4.1%), Bulgaria (3.2%), Spain

(2.9%), Poland (2.6%) and Czech Republic (2,5%).

În luna februarie 2015, valoarea exporturilor

FOB a fost de 4394,1 milioane euro, mai marefaţă de luna februarie 2014 cu 1,2%.

In February 2015, FOB exports amounted to

4394.1 million euro, with 1.2% more compared withFebruary 2014.

În perioada 1.I-28.II 2015 importurile CIF au însumat

9138,7 milioane euro şi au crescut cu 3,3%

9138.7 million euro and increased by 3.3% as against

the period 1.I-28.II 2014.

importuri, după cum urmează:

Importurile de maşini şi aparate, echipamente

electrice; aparate de înregistrat sau de reprodus

sunetul şi imaginile, care deţin 28,0% din volumul total

al importurilor, au crescut cu 7,0% faţă de perioada

1.I-28.II 2014.

Imports of machinery and mechanical

appliances; electrical equipment; sound and

image recorders and reproducers, holding 28.0%

of total imports, increased by 7.0% as against the

per iod 1.I-28.II 2014.

Cele două capitole din cadrul acestei secţiuni deţin

următoarele ponderi: produsele din capitolul„Cazane, turbine, motoare, aparate şi dispozitive

mecanice şi păr ţi ale acestora” deţin 43,2% în totalul

secţiunii şi 12,1% în total importuri, iar produsele din

capitolul „Maşini, aparate şi echipamente electrice;

aparate de înregistrat şi reprodus sunetul şi imagini

TV” au avut o pondere de 56,8% în total sec ţiune şi

15,9% în total importuri.

The two chapters of this section hold the following

weights: the products in the chapter ”Boilers,turbines, engines, mechanical devices and

apparatus and parts thereof” hold 43.2% of total

section and 12.1% of total imports, while the

products under the chapter ”Electric machinery,

appliances and equipment, TV sound and video

reproduction and recording apparatus” had a weight

of 56.8% in total section and 15.9% in total imports.

Secţiunea “Metale comune şi articole din

acestea”, cu o pondere de 11,4% în totalimporturi, a înregistrat o creştere cu 14,2% faţă de

perioada 1.I-28.II 2014.

În cadrul acestei secţiuni, o pondere importantă au avut-o

capitolele „Fontă, fier şi oţel”, reprezentând 31,9% din total

secţiune şi 3,6% din total importuri şi „Produse din fontă,

fier sau oţel ”, reprezentând 28,8% din total secţiune şi

3,3% din total importuri.

metals“ , with a weight of 11.4% in total imports,registered an increase of 14.2% as against the

per iod 1.I-28.II 2014.

Within this section, an important weight was held by

the chapter “Pig-iron, iron and steel”, representing

31.9% of total section and 3.6% of total imports and

“Pig-iron, iron and steel products”, representing

28.8% of total section and 3.3% of total imports.

Importurile de produse ale industriei chimice, cu o

pondere de 11,0% în total importuri, au crescut cu 5,1%

faţă de lperioada 1.I-28.II 2014. În cadrul acestei secţiuni, o pondere importantă a avut-o

capitolul „Produse farmaceutice”, reprezentând 41,1% din

total secţiune şi 4,5% din total importuri.

Imports of chemicals products, with a weight of 11.0%

in total imports, increased by 5.1% as against the period

1.I-28.II 2014.Within this section, an important weight was held by

the chapter “Pharmaceutical products”, representing

41.1% of total section and 4.5% of total imports.

Importurile de mijloace şi materiale de

transport au crescut comparativ cu perioada

1.I-28.II 2014 cu 20,3%.

În cadrul acestei secţiuni, capitolul “Automobile,

tractoare şi alte vehicule terestre”, a reprezentat 93,6%

din total secţiune şi 8,7% din total importuri.

Imports of vehicles and associated transport

equipment increased as against the period

1.I-28.II 2014 by 20.3%.

Within this section, chapter ”Cars, tractors, other

vehicles”, represented 93.6% of total section and

8.7% of total imports.

Importurile de materiale plastice, cauciuc şi articole

din acestea, cu o pondere de 7,3% în total importuri, au

înregistrat o creştere cu 5,8% comparativ cu importurile

de produse similare din perioada 1.I-28.II 2014.

Imports of plastics, rubber, and articles thereof ,

with a weight of 7.3% in total imports, increased by

5.8% as against imports of similar products in the

period 1.I-28.II 2014.

Importurile de materiale textile şi articole din

acestea au fost mai mari cu 1,3% comparativ cu

perioada 1.I-28.II 2014.

În cadrul acestei secţiuni, capitolul “Articole de îmbr ăcăminte şi accesorii, altele decât tricotate sau croşetate”

a deţinut o pondere de 12,7% în total secţiune şi 0,9%

în total importuri.

Within this section, chapter “Clothing articles andaccessories, other than knitted or crocheted” held a

weight of 12.7% in total section and 0.9% in total

Principalele modificări structurale survenite în evoluţia pe

secţiuni NC a importurilor din perioada 1.I-28.II 2015 faţă

de perioada 1.I-28.II 2014 constau în:

Uniunii Europene (UE28) a crescut în perioada

1.I-28.II 2015 cu 7,6% comparativ cu perioada 1.I-28.II 2014,

având o pondere de 77,7% în total importuri.

In the period 1.I-28.II 2015, as against the period

1.I-28.II 2014, imports from the other 27 European

Union (EU28) countries increased by 7.6%,

registering a weight of 77.7% in total imports.

Ţările partenere situate pe primele 10 locuri în

derularea importurilor din perioada 1.I-28.II 2015(reprezentând 69,1% din total importuri) au fost:

Germania (20,1% din total importuri), Italia (11,0%),

Ungaria (8,0%), Franţa (6,3%), Polonia (4,8%),

China (4,5%), Olanda (3,9%), Austria (3,7%),

Federaţia Rusă (3,5%), Turcia (3,3%).

The following were the partner countries holding the first

10 places in total amount of imports in the period 1.I-28.II2015 (representing 69.1% of total imports): Germany

(20.1% of total imports), Italy (11.0%), Hungary (8.0%),

France (6.3%), Poland (4.8%), China (4.5%),

Netherlands (3.9%), Austria (3.7%), Russian

Federation (3.5%), Turkey (3.3%).

În luna februarie 2015, valoarea importurilor CIF a

fost de 4775,2 milioane euro, mai mare faţă de luna

februarie 2014 cu 2,6%.

In February 2015, CIF imports amounted to 4775.2

million euro, with 2.6% more compared with February

2014.

Deficitul comercial FOB-CIF în perioada 1.I-28.II 2015

a fost de 559,5 milioane euro, mai mic cu 8,5 milioane

euro faţă de perioada 1.I-28.II 2014.

During the period 1.I-28.II 2015, the FOB-CIF trade

balance amounted to 559.5 million euro, 8.5 million

euro less compared to the period 1.I-28.II 2014.

Economice (MCE), conform Clasificării

Produselor şi Serviciilor asociate Activităţilor (CPSA 2008) şi pe clase de bază din Sistemul

Conturilor Naţionale (SCN), care se stabilesc pebaza unor chei de conversie între N.C. şi acesteclasificări.

Începând cu luna ianuarie 2011, în cazulcomer ţului extracomunitar, datele pentru codurileprevăzute în capitolul 99 din NomenclatorulCombinat (Regulamentul CEE Nr.1228/2010) sunt

cuprinse în ultima secţiune (“Bunuri necuprinse înaltă parte”) a fiecărui tabel care prezintă date pegrupe de bunuri (NC, CSCI, MCE, CPA, SCN).

Datele valorice sunt exprimate în preţuri FOB pentru exporturi şi în preţuri CIF pentru importuri. Preţul FOB (Free on Board/Liber la bord)reprezintă preţul la frontiera ţării exportatoare,care include valoarea bunului, toate cheltuielile detransport până la punctul de îmbarcare, precum şitoate taxele pe care bunul trebuie să le suporte

pentru a fi încărcat la bord.Preţul CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight/Cost, Asigurare, Navlu) reprezintă preţul la frontiera ţării importatoare, care cuprinde atât elementelecomponente ale preţului FOB, cât şi costul asigur ăriişi transportului internaţional.

Goods which are object of international

exchanges are classified according to the

Combined Nomenclature (CN), on which the

Community Custom Tariff is based. Statistical

data are also presented by commodity groups

from the Standard International Trade

Classification (SITC, Rev.4), from the Broad

Economic Categories (BEC), according to the

Clasification of Products by Activities

(CPA2008) and by basic classes from the

System of National Accounts (SNA), which are

determined based on some conversion keys

between these classifications.

Starting with January 2011, in case of extra-

community trade, the data for the codes under

Chapter 99 of Combined Nomenclature

(Regulation EEC Nr.1228/2010) are included in

the last section (“Goods not elsewhereclassified”) of each table that presents data by

groups of goods (CN, SITC, BEC, CPA, SNA).

Foreign trade data are expressed in FOB prices

for exports and CIF prices for imports.

FOB price (Free on Board) represents the price

at the border of exporting country , which

includes the value of the commodity, all transport

expenditures to the shipping point as well as all

the fees for the commodity to be loaded on

board.CIF price (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)

represents the price at the border of importing

country , including both components of FOB

price and the cost of insurance as well as cost of

international transport.

Conversia în euro a datelor valorice exprimate

în lei (colectate prin declaraţiile statistice

Intrastat şi declaraţiile vamale), se face

Lei. The conversion for the data in Lei

(collected through Intrastat statistical

declarations and custom declarations) in

Euro is done using:

Foreign exchanges of goods are distributed by

countries as follows:

- for INTRA-EU trade, based on the principle

“country of destination” (for dispatches)

and “country of dispatch” (for arrivals);

- for EXTRA-EU trade, based on the

principle “country of destination” (for

export) and “country of origin” (for import,

except the situation when the country of

origin is a EU Member State – when is

taken into consideration the country of

dispatch).

Se consider ă „ţara de destinaţie” ţara în carebunurile vor fi consumate, „ţara de expediere” ţara

din care bunurile au fost expediate şi „ţara deorigine” ţara în care a fost produs bunul sau încare bunul a suferit ultima transformaresubstanţială.

country where goods will be consumed, “country

of dispatch”, the country from where the goodswere dispatched and “country of origin” is the

country where the commodity was produced or

last substantial transformation was performed.

1. Pentru comer ţul INTRA-UE :

- declaraţiile statistice INTRASTAT colectate

direct de la operatorii economici care au realizat

un volum valoric al expedierilor intracomunitare

de bunuri sau/şi un volum valoric alintroducerilor intracomunitare de bunuri superior

nivelului pragului statistic Intrastat stabilit pentru

fiecare flux şi an de referinţă.

- declaraţiile vamale colectate şi prelucrate

de către Agenţia Naţională de Administrare

Fiscală (ANAF), pentru comer ţul intracomunitar

privind bunuri pentru prelucrare internă sau

prelucrare sub control vamal; bunuri care se

mişcă din /către păr ţi ale teritoriului statistic al

UE dar care nu apar ţin teritoriului fiscal al UE.

2. Pentru comer ţul EXTRA-UE: ANAF, care

colectează şi prelucrează declaraţiile vamale de

export şi import.

3. Datele privind comer ţul internaţional cu

bunuri cu energie electrică şi gaze naturale

sunt colectate pe formulare statistice de la

societăţile importatoare/exportatoare şi de la

operatorii de reţea (CN Transelectrica SA şi

SNTGN Transgaz SA) de către INS. Importul şi

exportul, nu cuprind cantităţile fizice de energie

electrică şi gaz natural transportat prin conducte

care tranzitează teritoriul naţional.

1. For INTRA EU trade :

- INTRASTAT statistical declarations collected

by National Institute of Statistics (NIS) directly

from the economic operators with annual value

of intra-community deliveries or/and intra-

community arrivals of goods equal to or more

than the value of Intrastat statistical thresholds

set for each flow and reference year.

- customs declarations collected and

processed by National Agency for Fiscal

Administration (NAFA) for intra-community trade

regarding goods for inward processing or

processing under customs control, goods from/to

the parts of EU statistical territory which do not

belong to EU fiscal territory.

2. For EXTRA EU trade: NAFA, which collects

and processes export and import customs

declarations.

3. Data on international trade in goods with

electricity and natural gas are collected by NIS

on statistical forms from importing/exporting

companies and from the network operators (CN

Transelectrica SA and SNTGN Transgaz SA).

Transit of electricity and natural gas transported

by pipeline is not included in international trade

with goods statistics

Gradul de colectare a datelor prin cercetareastatistică Intrastat a fost de peste 95,0% atâtpentru introduceri cât şi pentru expedieriintracomunitare de bunuri, raportat la volumul totalal introducerilor şi respectiv expedierilorintracomunitare de bunuri. Pentru restul de cca.5,0% reprezentând valoarea comer ţului subpragurile statistice Intrastat şi nonr ăspunsuri, aufost realizate estimari de date.

Intra-community trade coverage

The percentage of collected data was over 95%

of total volume of trade, for both intra-community

arrivals and dispatches of goods. Data

estimations were performed for the rest of 5.0 %

representing the trade value below the Intrastat

thresholds and non-responses.
