Screening: April 14, 6.00 - 9.00pmA showcase of collaborative films from the University of Wales, Newport, and the Brazilian photographic collective, Fotoativa, together with archival material from community-based photography projects.

Symposium: April 15, 10.00am - 5.00pmMeet the artists, from Wales and from Brazil, who have contributed work to A Brush with Light - this will be a day of lively discussion and a chance to explore the notion of photography as a reflective, integrative practice and a tool of philosophical enquiry.

Exhibition: Opens April 15 at 5.00pm, continues to April 30. Opening times Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm, Saturday 11am - 5pm, Sunday CLOSEDA diverse and innovative range of work displayed throughout the Riverfront building and its surrounds, comprising imaginative responses by Welsh and Brazilian artists to themes of shared concern, including landscape, community and environment.
