Bruno ESCRIBANO has received an Iberdrola Foundation´s Grant delivered by the Kings of Spain

Ø The grant is part of the program “Energy for Research” aimed at young researchers for their training and development in the area of sustainability.

The Kings of Spain have delivered yesterday the Iberdrola Foundation fellowships to students and young researchers through the various proposals. This year, the Foundation awarded grants to 95 young, five of whom are Basque. They will study and will research at the University of the Basque Country, ETSI Bilbao, BCAM, University of Deusto or at Strathclyde University.

Bruno ESCRIBANO, BCAM Researcher at Research Line Modelling and Simulation in Life and Material Sciences awarded a grant for the project Towards an Atomistic Understanding of Sodium-ion Batteries on the Nanoscale, focus on the development of new computational methods applied to the characterization of materials used in rechargeable batteries, next year. Bruno ESCRIBANO ha recibido una subvención de la Fundación Iberdrola entregado por los Reyes de España

Ø La subvención es parte del programa "Energía para la investigación" dirigida a jóvenes investigadores para su formación y desarrollo en el área de sostenibilidad.

Los Reyes de España han entregado ayer las becas de la Fundación Iberdrola a estudiantes y jóvenes investigadores a través de las diversas propuestas. Este año, la Fundación otorgó becas a 95 jóvenes, de los cuales cinco son vascos. Estudiarán y investigarán en la Universidad del País Vasco, ETSI Bilbao, en el Centro Vasco de Matemáticas Aplicadas de la Universidad de Deusto o en la Universidad de Strathclyde.

Bruno ESCRIBANO, Investigador BCAM de la linea Modelling and Simulation in Life and Material Sciences ha obtenido una ayuda para la Investigación en Energía y Medio Ambiente de la Fundación Iberdrola Foundation para desarrollar el proyecto Towards an Atomistic Understanding of Sodium-ion Batteries on the Nanoscale, supervisa do por Elena y con la colaboración del CIC-Energigune enfocado en el desarrollo de nuevos métodos computacionales aplicados a la caracterización de los materiales utilizados en las baterías recargables. El proyecto será dirigiudo por Elena AKHMATSKAYA en colaboración con Javier CARRASCO (CIC Energigune).
