Present the card given to you with battery purchase to the service provider, and pay the service provider at the time service is rendered. You must then submit the receipt for reimbursement by mail to the address shown below. Mopar Battery Roadside and Jumpstart Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year anywhere in the United States and Canada.
