What we do? Training Delivery
Experiential Learning Model
Our courses are delivered in an interactive and
engaging way to help trainees bring the needed
change individually and professionally. Our
courses are based on the experiential learning
model by Roger Kirk and the courses are delivered
to match different learning styles of trainees. Thedelivery of training is a mix of theory, practice,
role-plays, games, presentations and novel exer-

We offer Team-building and corporate
events.They include a range of inventive and
enjoyable team building events in partnership with
Tour Companies and Clubs. These events can take
place indoors or outdoors, and can be adapted to
suit organizational objectives. Theres a hugerange of events, including Desert Safari, Sailing,
Paintball games, Leadership Games, Fishing and

Experiential Learning
Our experiential programs are about learning by
doing. Engaging and challenging environments

Three weeks before the
course every trainee is
sent a course-specific
questionnaire, a nd
asked to do
self-assessment of their
existing knowledge on a
numerical scale against
key learning conc epts
At the end of the course
each trainee is asked to
assess their transfer of
learning, create an
action plan, objec tives
and assess their trainer in
line with our
Competency Framework
At this stage a
comparison of
pre-course and
post-course assessment
data is done to see
how trainees feel
theyve improved. On
average our trainees
feel their skills have
improved 70% after
attending one o f our
courses and 78% of the
trainees that attended
our courses have
changed their behavior
based on the goals
they set in their
post-course action
plans.
After eight weeks we
contact the trainees and
ask them to rate their
knowledge of the key
learning concepts aga in.
At this point theyre also
reminded about the
goals they set in their
ac tion plan,
encouraged to
complete them, andasked how their
behavior has changed.
Every trainee that attends course with us
goes through an internationally recog-
nized evaluation system. This system
reaches up to level three of Donald
Kirkpatrick's evaluation model.
In order to have a true picture of the trans-
fer of knowledge and development of new
skills, testing and evaluation takes placePre and Post Training. The results also
pin-point trainees that need further atten-
tion, so they can then get the required addi-
tional training. How this will take place is
discussed and agreed in detail with
individuals or companies so that they can
be sure of getting the desired degree of
