Owner-trainer Dan Culver has been in the car industry since 1970 and has specialized in lease and sales training since 1991. The Renewable Relationship training process was developed through hands-on experience in all phases of his career.

Rapid-Ride was founded in 1995 as a subsidiary of The Gaul Group, Inc. We are based in Mesquite, Nevada.

Industry statistics conclude that, given the opportunity, the average customer will trade in a vehicle every 24-36 months. Surveys also indicate most buyers are out of position in their long-term contract at that time. The Rapid-Ride process is non-confrontational and solution based; each step is sequential, logical, and easy for salespeople to learn. Rapid-Ride does the training while managers supervise the process to develop and lead 16 car-a-month salespeople.
