Horizontal Reservation (a) 30% seats are horizontally reserved for women candidates. (b) 5% seats are horizontally reserved for especially abled persons

(Persons with Disability). (c) 5% seats are horizontally reserved for the candidates of M. P.

domicile under the category son / grandson / daughter / granddaughter of Freedom Fighter, and wards of War Martyr of Defense Personnel and permanently Disabled Personnel’s of the Indian forces/dependent children of the Ex-Servicemen of CRPF/Indian Army.

(d) An NRI/OCI Card Holder/PIO Holder himself or herself OR Sponsored by First Degree Blood Relation or Second Degree Blood Relation who is an NRI/OCI Card Holder/PIO Card Holder. Only those will be eligible who have given the option as an NRI/NRI sponsored candidate in the CLAT application form.

(e) Supernumerary Quota two seats for residents from Jammu and Kashmir. Such candidates shall appear in CLAT. The admission shall be on the basis of inter-se merit of CLAT in the respective category.

Seat Conversion in all Courses

If the seats of reserved category lie vacant due to non-availability of

suitable candidates, then it shall be filled up from candidates from

unreserved categories.
