About USMDN EDIFY Education Pvt. Ltd. is an initiative of the DRS group, a diverse
conglomerate. The group being a leader in logistics is passionate about the
cause of education. Our first flagship institute, the DRS International School
was established at Hyderabad in 2003 and over the years MDN EDIFY with
a vision to be the primo in establishing and providing progressive, competent
and world class education solutions, has successfully made its presence
with 167 + Edify Kids and 57+ K-12 schools across India and the world.
Lords Auxiliary for Rural Development Society (LARDS) is a registered
educational society based out of Mandsaur India. The society members are
driven by the shared vision of providing the youth of India with quality education
options that are accessible and socially inclusive contributing towards the
global community. Edify School is aimed to mark a difference in the society
through its educational system and philosophy. Our goal is to provide an
enriching environment for our children in Mandsaur, who are the future citizen
of the world. Additionally, we wish to provide the best facilities and
infrastructure so that the torch barears of the future, our young children of
Mandsaur and its surroundings will develop into confident, principled young

Edify School developed the 3C concept that creates a participative environment of
academic inquiry which imbibes the best pedagogical practices of national and
international curricula and facilitates the transfer of knowledge with global perspective.
The research based curriculum provides holistic development to the learners and
prepares them to excel in their chosen careers anywhere in the world. Edify School
collaborates with many international organisations creating opportunities for students
like International & National Student Exchange Programs, National and International
University Tours, Internships for our Students and Teachers etc. Our students have been
to NASA, Stanford University, Center of Academic Excellence in California etc. These
opportunities give learning exposure and experience to students, the school also brings
in faculty from around the world to extend a cultural and intellectual diversity to our
students. Apart from offering foreign languages as main subject we encourage all our

The kindergarten years at Edify School is a smooth, sunny introduction to a real
school for a child. In a loving environment, children develop self-esteem, discover

This is the time when the seeds of curiosity start to germinate. Questions about our identity,
time and place, ways of expressions, our man made and natural laws and our responsibility
towards the universe occupy the mind.
The curriculum is a blend of the best National and International practices and the school
follows the 3C method to help the children explore and polish their own Content, Character
problems and work out solutions. Since this is the age when children are eager to express
themselves, convey emotions and ask questions, We introduce them to not only the written
and spoken words in English but we also expose them to the languages of various domains
caters to all types and levels of learners providing them essential skills which are necessary for students to emerge as leaders in the real world. Equal importance is given to developing
and goes beyond the classroom to allow children to engage all faculty by seeing and doing things themselves.

the Secondary years... As children turn into adolescents and become increasingly aware of the world around
them, it becomes important to lay down a strong foundation for them to emerge as contributing members of a progressive society; which is rooted in tradition but with a global outlook.
To keep their innate curiosity and inquisitiveness alive, the children's learning is
supplemented by experimentation, research projects, field trips, films as well as book
reviews and class discussions. Their communication and presentation skills are honed
and every opportunity is given to the students for public speaking so that their self-
confidence and spontaneity is given a boost. They are also exposed to foreign languages
such as French, Spanish etc. At Edify School care is taken to keep the curriculum
engaging and inclusive. The children are given the liberty to explore their talent; they are
encouraged to participate in events and competitions of performing arts and sports.
Hobby clubs help develop skills that could later turn out to be a career. Various
competitions and quizzes are regularly conducted to stimulate team sprit and intellectual
growth.
To make sure that parents are an equal partner in their child's education, Edify School
throws open many avenues for parent-teacher interaction. Besides inviting parents as
resource persons and assessment experts, we also conduct orientation programmes
that keep them abreast of the latest practies and trends in education. Our focus, during
these years, is to groom the children to be independent thinkers, enable them to have
their own individual opinions, idea and beliefs, and to ensure that their future is a
'wonderful voyage they would look forward to.

character building qualities such as preserverance, team sprit, leadership, sportsmanship,
competitiveness and respect for rules.
We at Edify School encourage students to participate in both structured and unstructured age
appropriate play, in both indoor and outdoor settings. We ensure safety by providing special
equipment as well as specialized training, under the supervision of trained coaches for sports
like Roller Skating, Lawn Tennis, Football, Swimming, Basket Ball, Volley Ball, Cricket, Yoga,
Marital Arts, Archery, Chess, Carrom, Athletics, Badminton etc. Courts and grounds are built
as per international standards for every sport offering competitive experience to our students.
Our goal is to identify exceptional talent of students in various disciplines and impart
professional and scientific training to students.
fine arts... Those who have studied learning processes throughout the ages, beginning with Plato, have
emphasized the importance of fine arts in the education process. Education in Visual as well
as Performing Arts is an integral part of the development of each Student at Edify
School Performing Arts education refers to education in the disciplines of music,
dance, theater etc whereas visual arts refers to Art and Craft.
Art provide learners sustained benefits such as promoting self-esteem, motivation, aesthetic
awareness, cultural exposure, creativity, improved emotional expression, as well as social
harmony and appreciation of diversity. The integration of Visual Arts and Performing Arts into

testimonials... We wish to place on record our appreciation of the way the teachers, discussed and treated the various behavioral
aspects of our son. Contrary to any other school, the discussion was extremely practical and optimistic. Pros and
cons of various approaches were discussed. There was no blame passing and everyone worked together to find
methods to rededicate the issue. There was no “us vs. them” attitude, and we felt as if everyone was part of the same
family, handling a child that is having trouble achieving his potential. We thank the teachers and the school for their
forbearance and the willingness to find solutions.
