HEAT SHRINK POT END (ABANDONMENT) KITS Compaq CLEC are Heat Shrinkable End Caps, used to seal the live cables ends. The end caps are manufactured from high quality cross linked polyolefin material.

Each core is separately sealed using small end caps. Finally a thick wall outer Heat Shrink End cap is applied marked with a live flash symbol.

COLD SHRINK POT END (ABANDONMENT) KITS Compaq Cold Shrink cable abandonment kits can be used to seal or pot end live cable ends - each cable core is separately sealed using a small cold shrink end cap and a screen bandage applied to reinstate earth fault protection. Finally an outer cold shrink cable cap is installed to abandon and seal the cable end.
