The new Briscoe Garages, Unilag Service Centre was a special renovation project that was carried out in 2016. The old but famous University of Lagos Workshop was converted into a modern auto service station with RT Briscoe Nigeria PLC as the new operators.
The project also included the construction of a perimeter fence around the Service Centre and the reconstruction of the access road. BPL served as the Contractor for the project.

This is a conversion of an existing resident building to an auto center for Subaru Motors Nigeria Limited in Victoria Island Lagos. The facility has an auto showroom, offices and after sales workshop. The project was completed in March 2010.
Briscoe Properties Limited acted as the Management contractor, responsible for all civil works, electrical and mechanical services.

Cross Town Mall is a development of 141 shops over three floors. The mall was completed in July 2009.
Briscoe Properties Limited acted as Management Contractors on the project, responsible for the civil works, electrical and mechanical services.

Briscoe Properties Limited (“BPL”) was incorporated on the 25th of September 2003, as a Property Management company, with the name Briscoe Homes Limited.
The company's name was changed to Briscoe Properties Limited in February 2004 and the business scope broadened to include Integrated Facility Management, Project Management, Property Development, and Real Estate Management, Sales and Leasing.
BPL is a subsidiary of R. T. Briscoe Nigeria PLC (”RTB”)

Facility Management: Through the provision of technical management, BPL addresses key aspects of life cycle maintenance of buildings and their systems. These activities increase occupant’s satisfaction, while maximizing the long-term value of the building.
Project Management: BPL provides professional services to clients with a definitive strategy for the management of construction in order to achieve the completion of the project in time, to the specifications defined by the project brief, and within the budget.
Real Estate Management, Sales and Leasing: We work towards matching the right tenant or purchaser to the right property, using current knowledge of market trends to conclude the best possible deals and identify new opportunities for clients.
Property Development: We identify potentially lucrative property development opportunities and, after appraisal, take the project(s) forward to implementation.

The Port Harcourt Book Centre (PHBC),
Port Harcourt, Rivers State
This is a project of the Port Harcourt Literary Society (PHLS) and is made up of an ultra-modern Public Library, an Events and Cultural Centre, a Writers' Hostel, and a multi-purpose Theatre.
The first phase which is the Ultra-modern Public Library was completed and commissioned in 2016. It consists of a 50-seat library, a 100-seat children's library a 20-seat research library and a general adult section that accommodates 180 persons.
Briscoe Properties Limited are the Project Managers of PHBC.

Four Points by Sheraton Lagos is a 234 room hotel designed with spa, gym, meeting facilities, restaurants and bars. The hotel is being managed by the Starwood group and opened to the public in September 2010.
BPL were the Project Mangers for this development and coordinated all aspects of the development including Furniture fixtures and Equipment (FF&E).

Briscoe Ford Lekki was designed over three floors with an after sales workshop on the ground floor, showrooms and offices on the upper floors.
The building is one of its kind in Lagos, with a showroom on the 2nd floor, fully serviced with a hydraulic car lift. The Project was finished within budget and to specification in September 2008. BPL coordinated this project from inception to completion as the Project Managers.

Briscoe Properties Limited was the Project Manager. The Project was completed in October 2011.
