SLAs and KPIs• Well defined service level and key performance
indices in our contracts;• SLAs and KPIs are discussed on a case to case

on the type of call, the response time usually categorized as emergency, essential and routine;

Rapid Action• After receiving the service request/ticket from
the client through our Helpdesk the job is assigned to the area manager
• All our sites are managed by the respective area managers, who deploy technicians/workers.
• The job management is centrally tracked from our command centre
• Our Mobile team executes work orders on a daily basis to cater to the high priority jobs, while our Sub cons execute specialised and PPM/scheduled jobs like – MEP assets, pest control, Fire and safety jobs
• In case of Fire – Fire protocol is followed/security to take the lead and usher people to assembly points and co-ordinate with Bomba and Ambulance
• In Case of flooding on site team will attend immediately by shutting of the Zone control valves and take up repair of burst pipes with assistance of the mobile team
