• Warm up: only in assigned area• Check in/line up swim start 10 minutes before your heat• If problems point your arm up and yell help• You are allowed to rest at buoys, kajaks, stand up, but you

are not allowed to make progress by doing so• Note: swim course is slightly changed in comparison with

printet raceprogram(in your bag) – take a look at it when at T1
