Scope of Services; As MEP CONSULTANT

➢ We provide all type of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Design Engineering Services consultancy

➢ We interact with you and collect all your requirements for proper planning and designing of the systems as per

prevailing byelaws based on the survey drawing and soil investigation report furnished by Client/Architect.

➢ We prepare and submit detailed Layout Plants and Drawings for obtaining Statutory Clearance. We shall

provide Technical Assistance in obtaining the statutory approval from the concerned authority.

➢ We prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimate based on the Drawing for plumbing and Sanitary, Fire

protection and Detection, External and Internal Electrification, HVAC, Rain water Harvesting, Treatment Plants

as mentioned above. All our estimates shall be based on prevailing market rates.

➢ We prepare Tender documents comprising of general condition of contract, special conditions of contract,

Technical specification, Bill of Quantities etc. for various disciplines.

➢ We assist you in the process of pre-qualification of Contractors. ➢ We issue the tenders to the pre-qualified contractors and also collect the completed filled tenders from them.

➢ We attend the pre-bid meeting and clarify the queries of the contractors.

➢ We assist in evaluation of tenders and give our recommendation for award of contract.

➢ After award of work we shall help in scrutinize the program of works furnished by the contractor and furnish our comments.
