Gray cells indicate store compliance was not met during the measured period for this week

Black cells indicate store compliance was not met during the measured period for this and the previous three weeks

Troublesome days or quarter-hour periods are highlighted

Bottom of the report summarizes YTD compliance at the store level

The Queue Focus report seeks to provide insight into queue performance at the individual store level in a usable and meaningful format (delivered weekly).

Multiple custom reporting views are available and can be tailored per customer requirements. The Queue Focus report is one of the most popular grocery reports.
