H1B, and Permanent Residence Card Responsible for the transition activities for all new incoming faculty and visiting scholars. This
included getting them moved (home), finding temporary housing when needed, moving their labs from current institution to ASU, transferring visa(s) when appropriate, setting up labs, setting up office(s), hiring personnel, and getting accounts activated.
Building Manager for the College Avenue Commons located at 660 South College Avenue (30,000 Square Feet). This included keys, digital card access, all service requests for work to be done, all special events to be held in the building, security concerns, and any other issue that arose from this new facility that opened in July of 2014.
