Reaching the world from México November - December 2017
CIMA CONFERENCE What an incredible adventure we have been on for the end of the year. We went all out for our CIMA conference which is our annual mission’s emphasis week as a Network of Churches. We didn’t have it for the first-time last year due to a testing time that would downsize the amount of churches that continue to work with us as a network. Though most of the churches that left continue to serve the Lord, they wanted to do that with only themselves or with other fellowships. That unfortunately is common at this stage of ministry, but also is a trial time to see who is ready to go to the next level of selflessness and production.
So, this was going to be a crucial moment as it was also the first one completely directed by yours truly. We came back to Monterrey to take advantage of our home field. Although attendance was a little low in comparison to past years, we had one of the best meetings to date.
We clearly set the vision of every church reproducing every 5 years as an average, everyone agreed that it is an attainable goal, since history has proven that this is possible by our network of churches. We had Peter Abrman and Jim Childress as guest speakers and they did a great job!
Financially we did well this year by raising a special one-time offering for missions’ equivalent to $15,000 US dollars on the Saturday evening of the celebration week.
I believe that your prayers and faithful support will prove to be well worth the sacrifice as you have a 50-50 stake into our ministry, that should translate to heavenly rewards when we stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
I know that personally we appreciate it so much and would be lost without the love you show us.
