La couronne a deux positions:

1. Position neutre (remontage manuel)

2. Position de mise à l’heure

Mise en marche de la montre

Couronne en position 1. Cette positionpermet de remonter le mouvement. Pourla mise en marche de la montre, effec-tuer un remontage complet en tournantla couronne vers le haut (▲) jusqu’aumoment où la chaîne est complètementenroulée autour de la fusée A et qu’unerésistance se fait sentir (NE PAS FOR-CER). Après un remontage manuel, il estimportant de tourner la couronne vers lebas (▼) (au minimum 1/4 de tour) afinde libérer le rouage de remontoir. Parla suite, procéder au remontage chaquejour à heure fixe de préférence.

Transmission fusée-chaîne

Le dispositif de transmission fusée-chaîne a la propriété d’optimiser larégularité de marche de la montre enlui garantissant un couple cons tant,quel que soit son niveau de remonta-ge. De forme conique, la fusée A con -tient un engrenage différentiel quitransmet au tourbillon C une forcecontinue: lorsque la mon tre est com-plètement remontée (chaîne enrou-lée jusqu’en haut de la fusée) et béné-ficie donc d’une grande force de trac-tion, la chaîne, qui relie le barillet Bà la fusée A, agit sur la plus petite

circonférence de la fusée; a con trario,lorsque la montre n’est remontée quepartiellement et perd donc de soncouple, la chaîne s’enroule sur la plusgrande circonférence de la fusée A.

Mise à l’heure

Tirer la couronne en position 2. Puistourner la couronne vers le haut (▲)pour faire avancer les aiguilles jusqu’àl’heure désirée. Pour une mise à l’heureprécise, s’assurer que la dernière mani-pu lation s’est bien effectuée dans le senshoraire. Puis repousser la couronne enposition 1. Après cette opération, don-ner un tour à la couronne vers le bas(▼) afin de s’assurer qu’elle tournelibrement.

Le régulateur à tourbillon – la pluscélèbre invention d’A.-L. Breguet – aété breveté en 1801. Il a été conçu pourcompenser les écarts de marche résul-tant des changements de position dela montre. Il s’agit d’une cage rondemobile dans laquelle sont logés lebalancier spiral et l’échappement.Cette cage tourne sur elle-même avecune parfaite régularité et les écarts demarche s’annulent ainsi les uns lesautres au lieu de s’additionner. Deuxsiècles plus tard, le tourbillon reste untour de force que seuls des horlogerschevronnés peuvent maîtriser.

The crown has two positions:

Starting the watch

Crown in position 1. This positionallows you to wind the movement. Tostart the watch, wind it fully by turn-ing the crown upwards (▲) until thechain is completely coiled around thefusee A and the resistance is felt. ONNO ACCOUNT FORCE THE CROWN.When the resistance is felt at the endof winding, it is important to turn thecrown downwards (▼) (at least 1/4

turn) in order to release the crownwheel.Thereafter, wind the watch daily,preferably at a regular time.

The fusee-chain transmission

The fusee-chain transmission systemimproves rate regularity by guaran-teeing the movement a constant cou-ple whatever the winding tension ofits mainsprings. The cone-shapedfusee A contains differential gearsthat transmits continuous force tothe tourbillon C: when the main-springs are fully wound (chain coiledaround the fusee) and tractionstrength is high, the chain linkingthe barrel B to the fusee A windsaround the narrowest part of the

fusee; when on the contrary themainsprings are partially slack andtheir couple ebbing, the chain willwind around the broadest part of thefusee A.

Setting the time

Pull the crown out to position 2. Thenturn the crown upwards (▲) to movethe hands forwards to the desiredtime. For accurate time-setting, ensurethat the last operation was done in aclockwise direction. Then push thecrown back to position 1. After this operation, rotate the crown down-wards (▼) to make sure it turnsfreely.

Itconsists of mounting the escape-ment and sprung balance in amobile carriage which rotates onitself with utter regularity. Errorsare thus reproduced regularly andcancel each other out, rather thanaccumulating. Two centuries laterit remains a technical “tour deforce” of which very few watch-makers are capable.

Aufziehen der Uhr

Krone in Position 1. In dieser Stel lungkann das Uhrwerk aufgezogen wer-den. Für Vollaufzug die Krone imUhrzeigersinn (▲) drehen, bis dieKette ganz auf der Schnecke A aufge-rollt und ein Widerstand zu spüren ist(NICHT FORCIEREN). Nach einemAufziehen von Hand muss die Kronenach unten gedreht werden (minde-stens eine Vierteldrehung), um dasRäderwerk des Aufzugs freizusetzen.Die Uhr vorzugsweise täglich, immerzur gleichen Zeit, vollständig aufzie-hen.

Schnecke-Kette-Übertragung

Das System der Schnecke-Kette-Über-tragung gewährleistet der Uhr ein kon-stantes Drehmoment, egal wie sehrsie aufgezogen ist, und verbessertsomit den regelmäßigen Gang der Uhr.Die konische Schnecke A enthält einDifferenzialgetriebe, das dem Tour-billon C kontinuierlich Kraft überträgt:Wenn die Uhr ganz aufgezogen ist (dieKette ist bis ganz noch oben auf derSchnecke aufgerollt) und somit übereine bedeutende Zugkraft verfügt,wirkt die Kette, die das Federhaus Bmit der Schnecke A verbindet, auf den

schmalsten Teil der Schnecke ein. ImGegensatz dazu wickelt sich die Kette,wenn die Uhr nur teilweise aufgezo-gen ist und an Drehmoment verliert,um den breitesten Teil der SchneckeA.

Zeiteinstellung

Die Krone in Position 2 ziehen. DurchDrehen der Krone im Uhr zeigersinn(▲) die Zeiger auf die gewünschteZeit stellen. Für eine genaue Zeitein-stellung die letzte Kronendrehungunbedingt im Uhr zeigersinn vorneh-men, danach die Krone wieder in Posi-tion 1 zurück stossen. Abschliessendmit einer Drehung im Gegenuhrzei-gersinn (▼) prüfen, ob die Krone freidreht.

Beim Tourbil-lon handelt es sich um einen run-den, mobilen Käfig, in dem sich dieUnruh spi ral feder und die Hemmungbefinden. Mit perfekter Regelmäs-sig keit dreht sich dieser Käfig umsich selbst und annulliert so dieGang abwei chun gen, statt sie zuaddieren. Heute, zwei Jahrhun dertespäter, bleibt der Tourbillon-Regu-lator eine technische Meister lei-stung, die nur ausgewiesene Uhr-macher beherrschen.

Corona in posizione 1. Questa posi-zione consente di caricare il movi-mento. Per mettere in funzione l’oro-logio, effettuare una carica completaruotando la corona in senso ora rio (▲) finché la catena non è comple-tamente avvolta attorno al fuso A enon si sente una certa resistenza(NON FORZARE). Quando si avverteuna lieve resistenza al termine dellacarica, è importante ruotare lacorona verso il basso (almeno unquarto di giro) per disimpegnare il

meccanismo di carica. In seguitocaricare l’orologio ogni giorno, pos-sibilmente sempre alla stessa ora.

Trasmissione fuso-catena

Il dispositivo di trasmissione fuso-catena ha la proprietà di ottimizzarela regolarità del funzionamento del-l’orologio garantendo una coppiacostante, qualunque sia il livello dicarica. Di forma conica, il fuso A con-tiene un ingranaggio differenziale chetrasmette al tourbillon C una forza

continua: quando l’orologio è com-pletamente carico (la catena è avvoltafino alla parte superiore del fuso) edispone quindi di una grande forza di trazione, la catena, che collega il bari-letto B al fuso A, agisce sulla cir con-ferenza più piccola del fuso; inversa-mente, quando l’orologio è caricatosolo in modo parziale e perde quindila coppia costante, la catena si avvolgelungo la circonferenza più grande delfuso A.

Regolazione dell’ora

Estrarre la corona portandola in posi-zione 2. Poi ruotarla in senso orario(▲) per portare le lancette sull’oraesatta. Per ottenere una regolazioneprecisa, accertarsi che l’ultimo inter-vento sulla corona sia stato effet-tuato in senso orario. Riso s pingere lacorona in posizio ne 1. Infine dare ungiro alla corona in senso antiorario(▼) per verificare che ruoti libera-mente.

RELOJ «TRADITION» DE CUERDA MANUAL CON MECANISMO TOURBILLON,IMPERMEABLE HASTA 3 BARES (30 M)

La corona consta de dos posiciones:

La corona en posición 1 permite darcuerda al mecanismo. Para poner enmarcha el reloj, dar cuerda completa-mente al mecanismo girando la coronaen sentido de rotación horaria (▲)hasta que la cadena se enrolle comple-tamente alrededor del caracol A y seproduzca una resistencia (NO FORZAR).Después de darle cuerda al reloj, debehacer girar la corona hacia abajo (almenos 1/4 de vuelta) para liberar la ruedade corona. A continuación, dar cuerdaal reloj cada día, preferen temente a lamisma hora.

Transmisión de cadena-caracol

El dispositivo de transmisión decadena-caracol puede optimizar laregularidad de marcha del relojgarantizando un par constante, inde-pen - dientemente de su nivel decuerda. El caracol A, de forma cónica,posee un engranaje diferencial quetransmite al tourbillon C una energíaconstante: cuando el reloj tiene todala cuerda dada (con la cadena enrol-lada hasta la parte superior del cara-col) y dispone de una fuerza de trac-ción considerable, la cadena, quecomunica el barrilete B con el cara-

col A, se enrolla alrededor de la cir-cunferencia más pequeña del cara-col; al contrario, cuando el reloj notiene toda la cuerda dada y no dis-pone de toda su fuerza de tracción,la cadena se envuelve alrededor de lacircunferencia más grande del cara-col A.

Puesta en hora

Tirar de la corona hasta su posición2. A continuación, girarla en sentidode rotación horaria (▲) para haceravanzar las agujas hasta la hora dese-ada. Фузейно-цепная передача обеспечи-вает постоянное воздействие силы втечение всего времени работы часов,гарантируя постоянное соединениедеталей механизма независимо от сте-пени натяжения заводных пружин.Конусообразная фузея А включаетдифференциальный механизм, кото-рый передает распределенные силына турбийон С: при полном заводеходовой пружины (цепь свернута спи-ралью вокруг фузеи), когда сила натя-жения велика, цепочка, связывающаябарабан В с фузией А, оборачиваетсявокруг самой узкой части фузеи. Инаоборот, когда заводные пружинычастично ослаблены и сила их натя-жения невелика, цепочка оборачива-ется вокруг самой широкой частифузеи А.

Установка времени

Установите заводную головку в поло-жение 2. Поверните заводную головкувверх (▲), чтобы передвинутьстрелки вперед до желаемого вре-мени. Для точной установки времениубедитесь, что последняя операциябыла выполнена в направлении почасовой стрелке. Затем установитезаводную головку обратно в положе-ние 1, поверните ее вниз (▼) и убе-дитесь в том, что она свободно вра-щается.
