Having Poor Nutrition Decreases a persons life span upwards of twenty
years.
It begins with childhood.
The best thing any Parent can do is encourage good nutrition at a young
age
Studies show that if a child is exposed
a ‘target food’ item 10-15 times, he or
she will eventually develop a
tolerance, if not a liking for it.
Its not easy.
What most parents
don’t realize, is that
this repetition
requires the
formation of habits.
Motivation tends to drop with each
failure
To be Successful,
Realize
No Pressure- Food cannot be a battle.
Exposure does not mean eating the ‘target’ food
…And Realize
Exposure can
simply be a
few bites of
‘target’ food
on your
child’s plate
twice a day.
Don’t let low motivation
stop you from consistency
in exposure.
Prepare 3 days
of the ‘target’
food in advance.
Spend no more
than 20 minutes
doing so for
each cycle.
Exposure works because
children are afraid of
trying new foods.
By adding a small portion into a child’s snack or meal
everyday, you give them the opportunity to grow an
affinity for the ‘target’ food.
If you do this, you will be
able to get your child to
develop a lasting affinity
for certain foods.
Good
Nutrition
leads to a
higher
quality of life
and longer
life
span.

today. Make a lasting
change.
