Tujuan UC SEARCA SEAMEO adalah untuk:
►Menyediakan personel yang sangat terlatih di bidang pertanian,
lingkungan, dan sumber daya alam untuk pengembangan kawasan
Asia Tenggara;
►Mempromosikan kerja sama yang saling menguntungkan di antara
anggota UC dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya dan
keahlian yang langka; dan
►Mengembangkan hubungan yang kuat dan dinamis di antara
anggota UC melalui proyek penelitian kolaboratif serta program
pertukaran dosen dan mahasiswa.
