Branding Panel Set Up
First, you need to turn on the Allow Branding
option in Juice. This can be found under
Account Settings > Other.
This will then activate the Branding panel in
the Juice account and you will be able to
locate this as the Superadmin as an option
under the Settings tab

Once you enter the Brand Management
tab, you will have the option to add a new
brand.
Clicking here will open a separate box
and give you the option of adding new
Brands. There is no limit to the amount of
brands that can be set up on the account.
You can add multiple Brands at one time
by typing in the Brand and clicking Add.
Once the brand has been added, you can
click on the Close button on the right
hand side of the box.

When the box has closed, the page will
refresh and the Brands will be listed on
the page.
You can now customise what boards
each of the brands can use and which
users can have access to each brand.
Brand Managers:
A brand manager is someone who can
make changes to the Brand and its
options.
Brand Users:
These are the users that can see the
brand as an option when posting. It is
important to make the Brand Users
Universal if everyone in the business is
posting to that Brand

Under the Manage Features option,
you need to add the correct Contact
Details and Board Subscriptions. Both
of these will need to be updated for
each brand.
Contact details:
All you need to do here is update the
Company Name to the name of the
Brand. There is the option to add the
rest of the information but it is rarely
needed. Once updated, click on Save
and then Close.
If you do not do this then each job
will get posted as the main
company and not the brand they
are recruiting for
Adding Boards & Contact Information
Board Subscriptions:
This is where you can add each
channel to the clients account. It
works in the same way as the Job
Boards tab and gives all the same
options
Type in the name of the board and
you will see the drop down menu to
choose the correct option. Choose
the option and then the
Subscriptions will appear below.
Fill in the auth tokens as you would
with adding any normal job board
and click Add. This will then turn on
the board on the account.
You can then click Edit if you need to
change the subscriptions or click
delete to remove it. This will wipe the
Subscriptions details so be careful to
only do this if the board is not going
to be used.

After you have updated each brand,
you are able to check what details
have been configured.
Contact details should show against
each brand so you know that you
have entered the brand name in the
Company Name field
Board Subscriptions will show the
number of job boards that are live on
that clients account.
You can also use the Usage
Preferences to make brand selection
mandatory. This is a good option to
use as it means that there is no way
a user can post without choosing a
brand on BS1.
Type Everyone into the text field and
then tick the box to make the brand
selection mandatory then click Save

Now you need to turn the brands on so
that they show on BS1.
You can either Select All and then click
Turn On or you can turn on each brand
individually using the Turn On button
on each brand section.
Once the Brand is activate, it will then
appear on BS1 as a dropdown, above
the job board channels
