4.1.2 OverviewThe Village Phase 1 is a city centre residential neighbourhood, part of the St John’s masterplan and encompasses a tight knit grain of pedestrian routes, connections and spaces between buildings which are in turn composed as a series of layered uses anchored into the wider masterplan by a strong public realm strategy.
