1 The medium of instruction is English

2 To confirm the Registration, candidate should pay a minimum of Rs. 2,000/- .

3 Registration Form, dully filled and signed, copy of computerized National Identity Card, AcademicCertif icates/Degree and candidate’s passport size photograph are submitted at the time of

4 The preferred mode of payment is by cheque/Payorder/Draft. The payment instrument is issued infavour of HRM Services. Personal cheque will not be acceptable. Please send the cheque to: Daniel Pervez, Assistant Manager, Training Projects, HRM Services. IN CASE OF DISHONOR OF THE CHEQUE,THE BANK CHARGES SHALL BE RECOVERED FROM THE CANDIDATE.

5 HRM Services has no Refund Policy. As such, the Fee paid by the candidate will not be refunded in anycase. The candidate, however can register in the next batch. A sum of Rs. 1,000/- will be charged atthe time of the subsequent Registration. This facility can be utilized once and is just for one timeonly.

6 When a student is not able to attend to the class due to unavoidable reasons, he/she must informthe HRM Services as soon as possible through mail or fax.

7 When a student withdraws from the program within before ten or more days from the date of thebeginning of the program, the program fee is refunded. However, the Registration Fee is notrefunded under any case. A 50% of the program fee (except Registration Fee) will be charged in casethe student withdraws from the program in less than ten working days prior to the beginning of theclasses. No refund will be made when the student withdraws from the program just three workingdays prior to the commencement of the classes. The request for withdrawal must be communicatedto HRM Services in the form of a letter, by e-mail, or fax.

8. NO REFUND  will be made when a student withdraws from the program after the commencement of the course.

9. If the program is cancelled by HRM Services due to unavoidable circumstances, no claims, whatsoevernature for compensation will be accepted and entertained except refunding the program fee to theextent paid by the student.

10. The HRM Services and its Management reserves the right to cancel the admission of a student forhis/her unsatisfactory attitude/behaviour within or around the institute’s premises. Also, HRMServices reserves the right to cancel the admission of a student without assigning any reason.

11. In case a student remains absent for three consecutive Sessions without rior intimation shall not beallowed to attend the sessions unless a written statement mentioning the reasons of absence issubmitted to the HRM Services.

12. The photocopy of the reading material will be provided to all students. However, a student interestedto obtain the soft copy (CD) of the reading material will pay a sum of Rs. 2,500/-.

13. LIABILITY: Misappropriation and mishandling of any asset of HRM Services will render the studentliable to pay for the damages equivalent the actual cost of the asset.

14. HRM Services, under any circumstances and in no case is responsible for the loss of personalbelongings of the students. It expects that each student should take serious care of his belonging of
